Alycia Kaback

Alycia Kaback is CEO of The It Factor Productions, a Tony Award-winning production company, which produces for television, film and Broadway.

Kaback also runs Colby KMM, a talent management company out of Philadelphia and New York, which represents a broad range of talent from up-and-coming actors to established, Oscar-winning celebrities. She also founded the VIP Talent Connect Entertainment Networking Summits, as well as the NYC Women’s Empowerment Summits.

Kaback is known as a media personality and journalist, having had a highly acclaimed radio show The IT Factor, famous for gracing stations such as CBS Radio in New York and WNJC 1360 Philadelphia. On her ever-evolving circuit, Kaback has interviewed the likes of prominent figures such as Ivanka Trump, Jeffery Hayzlett (former CMO of Kodak), fashion icon Richie Rich, Tony Bongiovi, Stan Lee (Founder of Marvel), Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk), Oscar-winning director Karen Goodman, Ron Roecker (VP Commissioner of the Grammys), Oscar winner Dev Patel, actor Gary Busey, Lance Bass (former member of 'N Sync), Adrian Grenier (HBO’s Entourage), legendary radio host Joe Franklin, Vivica A. Fox, and many others.

Additionally, Kaback has been a featured guest on various shows around the country including, CBS Radio Los Angeles, Teen Talk Live with Chelsea Krost, Valerie’s New York on WOR Radio with five-time Billboard winner Valerie Smaldone, Powerful Interviews with Arthur Robinson Jr., CBS Radio New York, Fox Strategy Room, and The New Yorkers Cable Show.

Currently, Kaback is executive producer of the in-production pro wrestling documentary Behind the Ropes, is developing an anti-bullying campign, and is writing two books.
